Built by someone who did the work first

Andy Draveck founded Rochester Office Interiors in 2011, after a career that began in 1991 as a furniture installer for Interior Services Company, where he became general manager in 1992. In 1993 he started Empire Services, an installation company covering New York State, then joined CF Interiors as sales manager in 1999, moved to Meadows Office Furniture as an account executive in 2004, and served as Vice President of Sales at Standard Commercial Interiors from 2009 before opening ROI. As President, he still handles sales, site visits, and space design, which is why the firm understands the problems that come up on an install, not just on a floor plan. His son Andrew Draveck, who earned a degree in Industrial Design with a focus on furniture design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, leads project management and marketing.

The process runs through a lead-in meeting, design and collaboration, selection and sourcing, delivery and installation, and a project evaluation at the end. ROI sources commercial-grade furniture from dozens of manufacturers, including AIS, Friant, JSI, OFS, Indiana Furniture, and Global, at dealer pricing, and offers total project management with every purchase, plus delivery and installation, furniture repair, reconfiguration and systems design, and interior design. ROI partners with manufacturers who share that priority, including AIS, whose panel systems are built with recycled materials without sacrificing strength or style, and the firm converted to a digital showroom to reduce its own footprint, with physical samples still available on request.
