Andy Draveck

President

Andy Draveck began his career in 1991 as an installer for Interior Services Company (ISC) but quickly climbed the ranks to become their General Manager in 1992. In 1993, he founded Empire Services, covering New York state, where he managed two locations and oversaw installations, deliveries, and warehousing.

In 1999, he joined CF Interiors as Sales Manager, contributing to their growth. Then, in 2004, he became an Account Executive at Meadows Office Furniture, boosting their sales and customer base.

In 2009, Andy became Vice President of Sales at Standard Commercial Interiors, expanding their operations to Western New York. In 2011, he started his own business, Rochester Office Interiors (ROI), where as President, he leads all aspects of the business, using his industry expertise to deliver top-notch office furniture and exceptional customer service nationwide.

Andrew Draveck

Project Manager / Marketing

Andrew Draveck is a Rochester, NY native who has always had a passion for creativity and sports. After graduating from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 2014, where he excelled in football, basketball, and rugby, Andrew pursued his passion for design at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). In 2018, he earned his degree in Industrial Design with a focus on Marketing and Furniture Design.

During his time at RIT, Andrew gained valuable experience by working under the guidance of renowned designer Byron Conn at Byron Conn Design studio. This opportunity allowed him to sharpen his skills and develop a keen eye for detail and project management.

Andrew's hands-on experience extends beyond design. He also worked as a Furniture Installer for Turn Key Operations, where he gained practical knowledge about the furniture industry and its installation processes. This unique blend of design and operational experience sets Andrew apart in his field.

With a primary focus on project management and marketing for Rochester Office Interiors, Andrew is adept at overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Andrew is a true lover of the arts and the great outdoors. He enjoys spending his free time listening to live music, camping, drawing, and collecting vinyls.

Christopher Draveck

Account Executive / Interior Designer

Christopher Draveck is a dynamic individual born and raised in Rochester, NY. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 2017, where he excelled both academically and athletically. Christopher's love for sports led him to participate in football, baseball, and rugby, honing his skills and fostering a strong sense of teamwork and determination.

Currently, Christopher serves as a Business Development Representative at Adaptec Solutions. With a keen eye for identifying and nurturing client relationships, Christopher is dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations at ROI.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Christopher finds solace and joy in the great outdoors. He relishes the opportunity to disconnect from the digital world and immerse himself in nature.

Additionally, Christopher has a great appreciation for stand-up comedy and sports. Christopher proudly supports the New York Mets and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
